I’M ASHLEIGH
I’m Ashleigh Paholek, founder and CEO of TIER Society. With nearly a decade in the Australian commercial TV news - reporting and producing for major networks like 9 News and 10 News First - I’ve navigated high-pressure, competitive environments that fuelled my passion for helping others build unshakable confidence.
Real confidence isn’t just about how we present ourselves—it starts internally. When we master our internal dialogue, break through limiting beliefs, and strengthen our self-worth, then pair it with practical strategies like making meaningful connections, presenting with ease, handling tough questions and using body language effectively, we become unstoppable.
Beyond the newsroom, I’ve worked in public relations for national not-for-profits and provided media training for politicians and high-level executives. And because I’m one of those rare people who love public speaking, I’ve delivered keynote talks at major corporate events and led international workshops on confidence and communication. My passion for speaking, empowering others, and fostering real growth led me to create TIER Society - so more people can step into their full potential with confidence.
