I built my career in commercial media, where every word is scrutinised and confidence is non-negotiable. I also know what it’s like to feel the unspoken pressure to stay small in rooms that weren’t built with you in mind.

Through experience, I learned that real influence comes from clarity, presence and the ability to speak with conviction. Today, I work closely with individuals to sharpen how they communicate, build confidence under pressure and develop skills they can rely on — so they show up with clarity and authority in moments that truly matter.
